Some people say that couples and business don’t mix… we choose to write our own story. United in love since 2006 and blessed with a long-awaited daughter who fills our lives with pride and joy, in 2017 we emigrated from our hometown of Havana, Cuba, to the United States, accepting the challenge of finding new paths that would make us feel happy and safe.

My name is Mirtha Carmona, I graduated in Art History from the University of Havana. I developed my career in marketing and advertising, working for prestigious agencies in Cuba and promoting brands in countries such as Argentina, Brazil, France, Norway, Finland, Denmark, and others. I founded Euro Business Market S.L. (EBM), where I started as a sales executive and then as general manager until 2017. There I specialized in branding, global advertising, and international purchasing. En estados Unidos me convertí en Agente de Seguros en el año 2018, descubriendo un camino apasionante. As an insurance agent, I reached the category Diamond at Combined Insurance Co. of America and have received multiple recognitions, most recently in 2025, when I was selected as one of Ambetter Health’s Top Agents in Florida.

My name is Alcibiades Fonseca. I have a degree in Chemistry from the Higher Pedagogical Institute of Havana and have dedicated a large part of my professional life to teaching as a pre-university professor. Years later, I continued my career in the world of retail, working in administrative and sales areas. I value job stability, and since arriving in the United States, I’ve worked for several years at the same company, while also delving into the world of insurance, learning about how it works and its impact on people’s lives. In 2022, I decided to pivot my career and dedicate myself fully to this industry, obtaining my license as an agent in the state of Florida. Thus I began the first steps of what would soon become a family project full of purpose and commitment.

In January 2024, we launched MC Golden Insurance LLC, an agency founded with the purpose of training and supporting new insurance agents. This journey has represented a challenging yet deeply rewarding path, one we are honored to lead.

Today we can proudly say that our officers are distinguished by their high level of training, ethics, responsibility, and strong commitment to the community. Each of them reflects the essence of our mission: to practice our profession with a human approach, based on respect, integrity, and the collective spirit that characterizes us.

The MC Golden family continues to grow every day, and with it our commitment to making a difference in the lives of those who trust us.

At the same time, we continue to take care of our own client portfolio, which continues to grow every day. For us, as insurance agents, that is our true reason for being: protecting families with love and dedication. The satisfaction of those we have insured over the years and the loyalty they show us reminds us that this work goes far beyond policies and coverage: it’s a human commitment that inspires us to always give our best.
