I am a graduate of the School of Hotel Management and Tourism in Havana, Cuba, where I began my professional training and developed a deep passion for hospitality and customer service from a young age. During my early career, I had the opportunity to work in iconic Cuban hotels, experiences that shaped my vocation and strengthened my commitment to excellence, discipline, and attention to detail.

Throughout my professional career I built an upward trajectory in the hotel sector, performing in different roles where human interaction, responsibility and quality of service were always fundamental pillars of my work.

With the birth of my first child and amidst the challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, my wife and I decided to emigrate to the United States in search of new opportunities for personal and professional growth. Once here, I continued to develop my career in the hospitality and service industry, maintaining my strong work ethic and dedication to serving others.

Driven by a desire for professional growth, family stability, and a vocation for service, and with the support of my wife, I decided in 2026 to take a new step in my professional life and obtain my Insurance Agent license. Today, I integrate all my experience in customer service with a new mission: to advise, protect, and support families in important decisions for their well-being and their future.

We begin this new stage together, surrounded by a team of professionals and with a firm purpose: to provide a close, honest and personalized service, focused on helping more families feel safe and supported.
