I am a graduate of the School of Hotel Management and Tourism in Havana, Cuba, where I began my professional training and developed a deep passion for hospitality and customer service from a young age. During my early career, I had the opportunity to work in iconic Cuban hotels, experiences that shaped my vocation and strengthened my commitment to excellence, discipline, and attention to detail. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout my professional career I built an upward trajectory in the hotel sector, performing in different roles where human interaction, responsibility and quality of service were always fundamental pillars of my work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the birth of my first child and amidst the challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, my wife and I decided to emigrate to the United States in search of new opportunities for personal and professional growth. Once here, I continued to develop my career in the hospitality and service industry, maintaining my strong work ethic and dedication to serving others. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Driven by a desire for professional growth, family stability, and a vocation for service, and with the support of my wife, I decided in 2026 to take a new step in my professional life and obtain my Insurance Agent license. Today, I integrate all my experience in customer service with a new mission: to advise, protect, and support families in important decisions for their well-being and their future. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We begin this new stage together, surrounded by a team of professionals and with a firm purpose: to provide a close, honest and personalized service, focused on helping more families feel safe and supported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
